Taste | 100 paintings of the 20th Century
Taste | 100 paintings of the 20th Century, like the 1995 work Currencies, takes as its subject the commodification of colour. Each of the 10 groups of 10 elliptical discs represent colour use in a decade of the 20th century with each disc representing the colour of a specific domestic object.
